BEECOOLESTCOMPANY charges will register on your credit card as BEECOOLESTCOMPANY LLC.
We are proud to offer Unique & Cooll high quality products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of purchase.
Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange.
We will accept any return as long as the product is: unworn, defective, damaged during shipping. We'll send a replacement asap. If the one piece doesn't fit, we will gladly send you another one piece of the same design in a different size or to find a suitable replacement for you.

We are happy to refund the cost of any order made in error, as long as we haven't shipped the one piece. We do not refund the cost of the one piece that you have received and simply do not like. See our return policy for more details on how we'll resolve those situations. We do not refund shipping cost for any packages that has already shipped.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within the USA via USPS and internationally to every which USPS offers delivery.
USPS will handle all international shipments from the United States to the entry point of each destination country. During that time USPS transfers the package to the national postal service. Therefore we are only able to provide country to country tracking information on international shipments.
We charge a rate of $3.95 for domestic shipping and $9.95 for all international.
